• Orders with RTF/BNF: 7 business days
• Orders without RTF/BNF: 2–5 business days

2. Shipping Time

• Air Shipping: 8–15 business days
• Sea Shipping: 35–55 business days

   Business days exclude weekends and official holidays. Order processing and shipping time will be extended accordingly if holidays fall within the period.
2. Estimated Time Disclaimer

   The above shipping times are for reference only. The actual delivery time may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, cross-border logistics transshipment, extreme weather, or adjustments to local delivery policies.
3. Delivery & Receipt Reminder

   Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing the order to facilitate timely delivery. Check your package promptly upon receipt. If you find outer packaging damage or missing items, contact customer service within 48 hours after signing for the package and provide relevant photo evidence.
4. Delivery Range Restrictions

   Our delivery service covers most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery to remote areas (e.g., islands, mountainous regions) is temporarily unavailable or may require an additional remote area surcharge. Please confirm the delivery range with customer service before placing an order.
5. Order Modification & Interception

   To modify shipping details or cancel your order, contact customer service within 12 hours after order submission. Modification or interception will not be possible once the order enters the preparation or shipment stage. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Customs Tax & Duty Statement

   Cross-border orders may incur tariffs, value-added tax (VAT), or other fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The specific amount is subject to verification by the local customs. We do not collect relevant taxes in advance, nor can we estimate the tax amount.
