Orders and Shipping

Under normal circumstances, the order processing time is 1–2 business days. After shipment:
  • Domestic orders (China): Usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • International orders: Air freight usually takes 8–15 business days, and sea freight usually takes 35–55 business days. The exact time depends on customs clearance speed and local postal services.
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the delivery progress at any time.

You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” button on our website. You will need to provide a valid email address and create a password. After verifying your email, your account will be activated.

You can modify your shipping address on your own before the order is shipped:

 

  1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”.
  2. Select the order you wish to modify and click “Edit Address”.
  3. Enter the new address and save the changes.
    If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee a successful address change. Please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
You can check your order status in the following two ways:

 

  1. Account Center: Log in to your account and go to “My Orders” to view the current status of your order (Pending, Shipped, In Transit, Delivered).
  2. Tracking Inquiry: Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check real-time delivery updates on the carrier’s official website.

We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment information is processed securely through our trusted payment gateway providers, who comply with industry-standard security protocols to protect your data.

Sales tax is applied according to the tax regulations of the country or region where your order is being shipped. The applicable tax amount will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

We support international shipping to over 100 countries and regions worldwide. You can:

 

  1. Visit the “Shipping Information” page on our official website.
  2. Select your country from the dropdown menu to check if shipping is available, as well as the optional shipping methods and costs.
    Note: Some items may not be shipped to certain countries due to customs regulations.
    If purchasing permissions are not enabled for some countries, you can contact our customer service, and we will open the purchasing access for you.

If the items in your order are from different warehouses, or if some items are on pre-order / backorder, they may be shipped separately.
After each package is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If you prefer consolidated shipping, please contact our customer service to confirm before placing your order.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

Most items are eligible for a 30-day free return and exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition:


  • Returns: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (shipping fees are waived if the return is due to product quality issues or our mistakes; otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs).
  • Exchanges: You can exchange the same item for a different size/color free of charge, subject to stock availability.
    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at flishrc@163.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact our customer service at flishrc@163.com immediately and provide:


  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the item you received.
  3. The name/model of the item you were supposed to receive according to your order.
    We will verify the information and arrange a free return, exchange, or re-delivery of the correct item for you.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide:


  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the damaged item.
  3. Photos of the outer packaging (if there is obvious damage).
    We will arrange a free re-delivery, refund, or exchange based on the situation.

After submitting a return request and receiving authorization from our customer service, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address via email. Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may result in your return not being processed.

  • If your order has not been shipped: Please log in to your account immediately and modify the shipping address in “My Orders”.
  • If your order has already been shipped:
    1. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
    2. We will attempt to contact the carrier to change the address, but this is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
    3. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address at your expense.
You can contact our customer service to request cancellation or modification of your order (e.g., changing items, quantities, or addresses) before the order is processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but we can assist with returns or exchanges (subject to our return policy).

Some items are available for pre-order. You can:


  1. Check the product detail page for a “Pre-order” option.
  2. Or contact our customer service to inquire about restocking times and pre-order procedures.
    Pre-ordered items will be prioritized for shipping once they are in stock, and we will notify you of the progress via email.
