Return & Refund Policy
General Return Policy
This policy is the standard return policy of Flishrc.com, which applies only to products directly purchased via the official Flishrc website. All returns are subject to the application for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Within 30 days of receiving the goods, returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed for products that meet the following criteria:
- The product was faulty, damaged or stained upon delivery;
- The size or color of the received product does not match the order requirements;
- The product is unwashed, unworn and unused, and fails to meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.
Important Notice: Non-returnable Products
If the product you return falls into any of the following categories, we will reject the return and ship the product back to you at your own cost:
- Products that have been received for more than 2 months from the date of signing for delivery;
- Products not purchased from Flishrc.com;
- Products without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered or otherwise unreadable serial numbers;
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories (accessories include retail boxes, user manuals, data cables, and all other items originally included with the product);
- Products from which the anti-counterfeiting code/product code on the packaging has been removed;
- Products with signs of physical damage caused by human factors;
- Products for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate application;
- We are unable to assist you if the returned product is lost during transit. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method when returning defective products.
Notes on Return Parcels
- You shall bear all the shipping costs incurred for returns;
- Please ensure that the return parcel reaches us within 1 month;
- We will process your refund within 1–3 business days after receiving the parcel and confirming that the product is in good condition.
RMA Application Process: 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Submit Application and Obtain RMA Approval
Log in to the official Flishrc website to submit an RMA application. The application must include the following information: order number, product SKU, reason for return, photos of product issues, as well as your preferred resolution (exchange or refund) and other relevant requests.

Step 2: Ship the Returned Goods After Obtaining RMA Approval
You may ship the returned goods only after receiving the RMA approval.
The returned product must be accompanied by complete original packaging and accessories, together with the return address provided by Flishrc customer service and the RMA approval document.
Note: Please provide the tracking number of the return shipment. Flishrc shall not be liable for any lost return parcels during transit.
Step 3: Complete the Exchange or Refund Process
We will arrange for a replacement shipment or process your refund within 1–3 business days after receiving your return parcel. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Supplementary Return Rules
Return Time Limit
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of product receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
Requirements for Returned Products
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Product Categories
Certain special products are not eligible for return, including: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, periodicals), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase Requirement
To complete your return, you are required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refund Scenarios (if applicable)
A partial refund will be granted only in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use;
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records;
- Products that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm receipt, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps to check:
- Recheck your bank account statement;
- Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted;
- Contact your bank, as there is usually a processing period before the refund is credited to your account.

Return Rules for Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange Rules (if applicable)
Exchanges are only offered for products that are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please send an email to service@razordon.com and ship the product to the following address:

Return Rules for Gift Items
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card of equal value upon return. The gift card will be mailed to you after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first before passing it to you, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If the value of the returned product exceeds USD 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
