Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all transactions between us (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and individuals or enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) purchasing our products (including physical goods, digital resources and related services, hereinafter referred to as the “Products”). By confirming the purchase through the official website, e-commerce platform, email or offline communication, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all contents of these Terms.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 After the Buyer submits an order, the Seller will confirm the order validity (including inventory, payment information, etc.) within 2 working days. The transaction shall be deemed established upon order confirmation.
2.2 Payment methods shall be subject to the Seller’s public announcement (such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). The Buyer shall complete the payment as required within the time limit after order confirmation. Orders with unpaid payment overdue will be automatically cancelled.
2.3 Product prices shall be subject to the published prices at the time of order confirmation. Prices do not include taxes and shipping fees (unless otherwise agreed). Relevant fees shall be borne by the Buyer based on the actual amount incurred.
2.4 Special circumstances may be discussed with the customer regarding delivery time. Customized products are generally in stock, but for hot-selling models , all customized versions require a waiting period of usually 20–50 days. The exact lead time depends on the actual situation. Special cases will be handled specially, as these are not ordinary daily necessities.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 The Seller will arrange shipment within the time agreed in the order (3-5 working days if not specified) after receiving the full payment. After shipment, the Seller will inform the logistics information and tracking number via email or SMS.
3.2 The delivery time shall be subject to the actual delivery time of the logistics service provider. For international orders, the customs clearance time and tariff payment shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer, and the Seller may provide necessary assistance.
3.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping address or invalid contact information provided by the Buyer, the resulting secondary shipping fees or product losses shall be borne by the Buyer.
4. Product Quality and After-Sales Service
4.1 The Seller warrants that the Products comply with the published specifications and industry standards. The Buyer shall inspect the appearance and functions within 7 working days after receiving the Products. If there is a quality problem, the Buyer shall provide clear photos or video evidence, and the Seller will offer replacement, repair or refund services as appropriate.
4.2 The Seller shall not be liable for free after-sales services for problems arising from improper use, man-made damage, unauthorized modification by the Buyer or expiration of the warranty period (usually 12 months, subject to product instructions), but may provide paid repair services.
4.3 Digital resources (such as tutorial videos and electronic manuals) are non-refundable once delivered (except when the files are damaged and cannot be used).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Products, including trademarks, patents, designs, copywriting, images, etc., belong to the Seller. The Buyer only obtains the right to use the Products and shall not arbitrarily copy, distribute, modify or use them for commercial purposes.
5.2 Without the written authorization of the Seller, the Buyer shall not resell, lease or authorize third parties to use the Products.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for losses arising from force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy changes), third-party service failures (such as logistics delays) or the Buyer’s own operations during the use of the Products.
6.2 For products with operational risks such as flight equipment and mechanical products, the Buyer shall strictly follow the user manual and bear the safety risks and losses caused by improper operation.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for international orders, the governing law agreed by both parties shall prevail).
7.2 Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the Seller’s place of residence.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms according to business adjustments. The updated Terms will be published on the official website without separate notice to the Buyer, and the latest Terms shall take effect on the date of publication.
8.2 Matters not covered by these Terms may be supplemented by written agreement between both parties, and the supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as these Terms.
